I didn’t forget about the giveaway this week, it just took a little bit of extra preparation. I am pleased to share that while Burger Club has been on temporary hiatus, I have been working on some BCP related items. The wonderful Dylan Houser, also known as @barelyregal, has designed an awesome tee shirt for Burger Club! Now we can all show our love for the Philly burger scene with this adorable shirt. I will have info about how to purchase one soon but for now I’m going to give away 4 this week.
The colors of the shirt are obviously a nod to the Phillies and the shirt is American Apparel in heather gray.

right now, i am obsessing over the new Kraftwork burger, plopped with 2 year-aged Grafton cheddar and a bacon onion jam—freaking amazing!
Although I still have MANY burger joints to try in Philadelphia, so far my favorite burger can be found at PYT. The Bleu Cheese Burger, which was on special I believe, had just the right amount of my fave cheese! It was juicy and complemented my ?<3 milkshake like nothing else could. I can't wait to go again!

My fave is definitely South Philly Tap Room. The burger is terrific and grass fed and from a local farm, and it comes with those rockin’ pickled veggies! Also, the ambiance at SPTR is tops!
Sure, its quality wavers and maybe SPTR or JB’s do it better, but the Royal burger is like family.
South Philly Tap Room still reigns supreme. Atmosphere was chill, unpretentious, not too noisy and mellowed out music-wise.
Burger was exactly that– completely satisifying without trying to overwhelm or outcool. Local ingredients just getting together for one awesome burger.
Kinda like our Burger Club. All local ingredients. Yeah, yeah.
My favorite was sadly the BP Burger at Brasserie Perrier… and it’s gone. The last time I was PYT I had a very tasty burger. I forget the name of that particular burger though.
SPTR has amazing burger and you can get a bunch of great beers to wash it down with!
My heart belongs to the burgers at Misconduct. (washed down with one of their ever so addictive basil lemonades, of course)
