Trader Joe’s Candy Cane Joe Joe’s Bark
As I have mentioned before, I am not much of a baker so this kind of thing is right up my alley. This is something I made last year (the picture is from last year as well) and people seemed to like it so much that I made more this year. I am proud to say I thought of this mostly all on my own. I took a recipe for Oreo bark (can’t remember where I got it) and used the Joe Joe’s instead. I’m clever like that!
Here is the key to this recipe:

Took this picture from this awesome post from Mac & Cheese.
Ingredients:
4-6 bars of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate or any other kind of semi-sweet chocolate.
2-3 bars of Ghirardelli white chocolate or any other kind of white chocolate
1 box of Trader Joe’s Candy Cane Joe Joe’s
Directions:
Melt about 4-6 bars of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate and then mix in crushed candy cane joe joe’s (about 10 cookies). Then melt about 2-3 bars of Ghirardelli white chocolate and mix it with crushed joe joe’s (about 5 as well).
Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixtures onto wax paper-covered baking sheet, alternating the colors of the chocolates. Cut through chocolate mixtures several times with knife for marble effect.
Referigerate at least 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces.
You can use any kind of chocolate you want, it’s basically 1 part white choc. to 2 parts nonwhite choc.
